Cases are filed at the Domestic Relations Branch of the Family Court of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia located at 500 Indiana Avenue, NW, Washington, DC.

On your hearing day, you will need to present a proposed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment of Absolute Divorce along with a certified copy of your marriage certificate.
