What property is considered Marital Property?

Marital Property consists of property and debts acquired during your marriage.

This may include your home and other real estate, pension and retirement plan benefits, stocks, bonds, other investments, cars, bank accounts, furniture, artwork, etc.

How the property is titled does not matter.

It is still considered marital property if it was acquired during the marriage.
